These rich little kids should have done their weed smoking in Chicago... Here they would have just gotten a $100.00 ticket!
A recent police raid on a Wilmette man’s home yielded five drug arrests and led to five more arrests later that night, Wilmette police said today.
The 20-year-old daughter of a Cook County Circuit Court judge who oversees the specialty “drug court” program at the Skokie courthouse was among those charged — with felony possession of marijuana.
On Friday at about 5:30 p.m., Wilmette police and officers from the Cook County Sheriff’s North Gang Team, executed a search warrant at the home of Oskar Vahtra, 18, on the 1500 block of Forest Avenue. Vahtra and four others were arrested and charged with crimes stemming from an ongoing marijuana and ecstasy investigation, police said. Vahtra could not be reached for comment on Monday.
Later that night, between 8 p.m. and 11 p.m., at the Edens Plaza on Lake Avenue, five more people were arrested on charges related to the selling and purchasing of marijuana.
